HAIG-BROWN HOUSE ON VANCOUVER ISLAND

Published writers who wish to spend the winter months (November 2007 to April 2008), or a portion thereof, living at Haig-Brown House on the banks of the Campbell River on Vancouver Island are invited to make an application. The writer's time will be spent writing (60%) and providing literary advice and support to the local community (40%). A stipend of up to $2,000 per month will be provided, as well as a four-bedroom house with a heritage library, surrounded by two acres of garden with 17 acres of public parkland beyond.
